Penso no seguinte plano:

uso de revistas, ou outro material (e-mail, internet) para proporcionar o contato com a l�ngua em sua forma mais coloquial, usual. Sempre se aprende quando se tem que usar a l�ngua. (estrat�gias metacognitivas e sociais)

uso tamb�m de gram�tica, ajuda. (estrat�gia de mem�ria)

procurar meios de enriquecer vocabul�rio. A leitura mencionada acima j� ajuda, mais aqui a leitura de romances, e short stories, ou mesmo letras de m�sica s�o importantes dicas.

e acima de tudo, pr�tica, viajar, se relacionar, usar a l�ngua como constru��o de realidade, se expressar por meio dela. E isso nada melhor que uma viagem ao pa�s no qual ela � a l�ngua materna. Mas obviamente, viajar n�o resolve tudo. E � isso que sinto agora.
