You live about 60 Miles away from your friend. You and said friend decide to move in together where he lives. Since you live that far away, and your car is not in order, all you request is a brief description of any potential apartments.
You find a ride up there, and every time your suppose to go looking with said friend, something occurs on their end that prevents it. So its basically the same as when you lived far away. Your staying with another friend who just moved in their apartment, and is really low on funds. Your funds dry up, and you stay for a bit longer. There is no internet, no phonebook, etc, which you could use to continue your search. You walk to places around town, but find nothing of interest.
You go to another town, about 30 mins away, to visit with family, check out apartments there, and basically try to not kill your other friends funds whom you were staying with.
However, the original friend, knowing your gone, finds a place and puts a desposit on it, without giving you a single word whatsoever about what it looks like, where its at, how much it cost, etc
You are now, morally, obligated to stay there, or said friend wont be able to afford the apartment.
Do you have the right to be angry?
