Picking himself up off the ground, glancing down at his cloak, recongizing that this place too, had dust. He started the process of ridding the dust from his cloak, the only noticeable accomplishment being that the dust was smeared. He gave his sleeve, one quick brush again before glancing around, noticing the vass size of the city, he stopped mid-brush to study his surrondings. His eyes scanned to the statue, which to him., recongized a giant dwarf, but he was new to this place so he wasn't all to willing to trust first impressions. Adverting his eyes from the statue, though knowing that somehow, his thoughts would return to it, he focused up towards the sky, maybe hoping to see the portal that stranded him here; but to no luck. He did in fact, notice the stars though. Shining brightly, adding perhaps, a moment of tranquility before leading to the harsh reality, he was completely unaware of his surrondings, he knew no one in this place, he wasn't even sure if they'd accept his currency. Biting his lip heavily, he procededed on down the street, noticing the spot of dried blood on a street way with a couple what seemed to be guards, attempting to clean the spot. Lowen cleared his throat with effort, notice the guards wierd stare at him, for the reason, he wasn't lucky enough to be aware of. He mumbeled under his breath. "Well, at least it'll be like home..." Then stood there. "Now if only I knew if that was good or bad." Looking back at the guards, he noticed their wings... was this place really like the home that he fled from?
