Jarek thought over his past with Zygenda and let a sad sigh escape his lips. "Because she loved me." Jarek thought about it a moment more before continuing, "and I failed her."
"Zygenda is the one who recruited Jarek there..." Jonath walked up slowly from behind, "She fell for him while I was gone, of course her love for me was stronger... But that didn't seem to matter, she still loved him. She tried so many times to bring him into the loop and failed. When she was taken by the Dark BloodKnights not so long ago I asked Vincent Darkstar and Jarek here to go with me to rescue her."
Jarek bowed his head the second Vincent's name was brought up, then spoke softly regret drenching his voice, "I refused to go. Vincent was killed by the Dark BloodKnights and their leader escaped while X here was busy saving Z."
Jonath nodded with a sad smile and looked to Dawnsfire, "Z, blames Jarek for Vincents death and is incredibly angry that he chose not to go for her, he hurt her badly. But that event brought Jarek to us, after Vincent died Jarek began working more closely with us to try and pick up the slack that was left with the death of one of our closest friends. Jarek saved more people in that time since, then most other BloodKnights do in a lifetime." Jonath stretched out a hand and smiled, "I'm Jonath Forwynd, Zygenda's husband, most people call me X since I am most remembered as the BloodKnight X. I'm one of the five True BloodKnight's. And who might I have the pleasure of meeting today?"
