Long after Johan left did she even speak. Something cold had touched her heart, hardening it ever so slightly.

Moving ever so gracefully she removed herself from the balcony and went back into her room. Seraph was still there, Emi had finally removed herself from the bed and was at least sitting up on it. Dawnsfire was already gone.

"What am I to say to them that they would believe. Rumors spread like wildfire, and there's not even enough rain to put it out. Brother?"

She pulled Seraph's attention to her, and explained.

"Do you have any suggestions?"
