Tyrsis nodded and left the room, quick and quiet as she slid past the guards. A moments explanation to those guarding the gates about what may or may not transpire and she left through a small doorway in the gate. The sound of it being reinofrced behind her was somewhere between encouraging and doom-inspiring.

Sometimes messengers didn't return home.

Visably unarmed, she walked forward, hands held out to her sides to show her lack of ill intent.

"I bear a message for your Lord from Queen Zenra of Hogoromo."

Tyrsis waited.
