1. 完全認同教會信經（使徒信經，尼西亞信經，迦克墩信經，亞他拿修信經）的教義
Many Liberal/Progressive Christians believed that these men made creeds hold on to belief that is not true. Creationism, virgin birth and the concept of trinity is still debatable theology concept that shouldn't be included in these creeds.
In short, these creeds do hold some 'historical' value but the significant or essential to Christianity.
2. 從死裡復活，顯明為上帝之子（但在若干地方未必一定認同信經的教義）
Many Liberal/Progressive Christians don't believe in physical resurrection of Jesus. It could be in other form like spiritual resurrection, or with some other form of explaination.
Again, this is not essential to the Christian belief.
It is important to know that Progressive Christians believed that their faith is an intergreted part of life. We don't need to accept any theology concept that we couldn't understand or believed in, yet we follow the 'spirit' of Christ teachings as the core of our beings.
We maybe very diverse in term of beliefs, but when it comes to upholding what is right, we usually arrive with similar stands.
We hold that everyone is born with dignity and in rights, and is precious in fron of God. Therefore, we support human rights for all regardless of race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
We are all equal in eyes of God, and God love everyone.
It is the most simify version, and we could find parables from Christ teachings to back up that belief.
God is a spirit. People couldn't see God, but they could see the 'works of God' through actions of Christians.
That is why it is essential to show love for people, so that they would know God still care about them.
Some Liberal Christians do evangelize, but many of us choose to listen instead.
