If God is almighty (all-powerful) and all-loving, the answer is "No."

The solution I will provide is that God is not almighty. In order for the physical Universe to work properly, God cannot violate the natural laws She has laid down.

For example, gravity is essential for maintaining the integrity of the universe. Without gravity, all air on the surface of the earth will escape into space immediately and all living things will die; all of us will float into space too.

Because of that, God cannot suspend gravity here and there from time to time to prevent fatal landslides or to prevent individuals from being killed as a result of accidental falling from great height.
