Mannong Tommy, that is really an eye-opener. What I can see is overcrowding and the core of the problem is the lack of facilities like: chairs, classrooms and school buildings. If we have scholarship to encorage students to go to SAS then we are just transfering the problem from one place to another. Rening thank you for your input. Certainly we can also address this part or aspect of the situation and come up with funds to create more classroom space, buildings, etc. But a scholarship program goes much deeper in that it promotes and supports academic formation, encourages scholarly pursuits and rewards aspirations. For SAS to be able to offer scholarships to deserving students would not be tantamount to "transferring the problem" elsewhere. In fact it would encourage and reward scholarly competition.
