Subject: Manong Tom, that is what this message board is for. We would be happy to hear everybody's view on this topic.

I propose that we form an "ad hoc" committee to discuss this idea further and to gather support from other Tagudinians within our immediate reach. With this "ad hoc" task force we can also begin defining parameters, formulating ground rules, establishing procedures and actively campaigning for support.
