Subject: Tom, Allow me to say my piece. "Tagudin" public school system has failed to provide our future doctors, presidents, geniuses a place for a conducive environment for learning. These, I believed is the root cause why we have the "needy" that is less "deserving" for any assistance in there pusuit for higher education. May I recommend solving the root cause by providing them with the necessary tools to overcome the obstacles. This, in my humble opinion will help the needy(majority) to become more deserving(minority) student. Thank you.
