hank you very much for your support. I really need this kind of support from every Tagudinian that lives in Northern California. I accept the presidency and its responsibilities without any mental reservation. But as in any organization, the strength comes from the officers below me and the membership. Without their support, I will fail and so this organization. I have good plans and visions for this organization not only here in Northern California but as far as to our town, Tagudin.

Almost every year, I go to Tagudin. I saw the progress as I drove through the different Barangays looking at the homes of our succesful kailians. They really impressed me. But my heart ached for our less fortunate kailians, who don't have relatives to send them US dollars, EUR dollars or other foreign currencies that multiplies when they are exchanged. to our pesos. We need to help them. These are our future citizens and leaders.

Tagudin has produced some of the most succesful professionals. We produced doctos, engineers, nurses, top ranking military officers and other high paying professionals. I mentioned this to remind everyone that we are succesful Tagudinians, the fortunate few, that can contribute to our beloved Tagudin.

If we contribute for the improvement of our town, I know that it's not going to paralyzed our way of living. We will feel good that we help someoneone.

As president of Tagudinians of Northern California, I pledge to unite its old and new membership to work together for the common good of all Tagudinians here and in the Philippines. To my kailians and relatives, let us help and work together for our beloved town.
