I was an "extra" in a couple of films too... you've probably never heard of them. "Blood Beach" with John Saxon... I played an ambulance drive picking up one end of a body bag and lugging it up some steps from what was supposed to be the foggy beach (it was a smoke-filled sound stage)... Then later I was in a crowd of about 10 people made to look like 100's, watching a relay race at a college, in "Higher Learning" with Laurence Fishburne. I never saw Blood Beach, but I did see Higher Learning - and I actually saw the maroon blur of my purple baseball coat in the bleachers while the camera followed the racers. I did those when I was in between real work, years ago. It was an experience.
