I have lived in Ohio for 49 yrs. and I still love New Windsor and Newburgh. Yes they have the mountains and is on the Hudson. That is what I miss, out here where I live the land is so flat. This town has changed so much, the old timers are mostly gone and we don't know the people we see in the stores or at church anymore. Our town has money problems, 3 times an issue was vetoed for building a new school which meant 3 other schools would get torn down. The stores we had 49 yrs. ago are gone.

We only have 1 decent restaurant in town, you have to stand and wait for an empty table.

So if I could I'd be back in NY in a hurry, but mt family is all here so this is where I stay.
