[> Hello Bill, thanks for getting into the conversation. I'm not sure we've met. Which team or car are you with? I've spoken to many of the current Racers and have not heard this opinion before. If you'll take a look at the current rules, which have not been amended, you'll find that everything you mentioned is required to run in the Class. We are fully aware that it is the Tracks responsibility to enforce Safety Rules. But, we feel that it is important that we put our best foot forward and do what we can to make sure that the cars we field are safe... mainly for the given opponent a car is lined up against. If you are aware of a specific Owner, Driver, or Team that is not willing to race with us because of the Safety Rules, please have them get in touch with me either here on the Board, by e-mail or a phone call. I spoke to 2 Grudge Racers last Friday night at Kennedale who are planning to run with us next year... when I brought up those specific rules they smiled and said no problem. -- Gilbert, 13:04:44 11/08/10 Mon [1]
