Subject: I need some help getting some stuff done guys

I need to update the Driver Profiles on our Texasoutlawracing.com website. The profiles there currently are somewhat outdated and do not reflect who we are what we are doing. There are 6 cars posted there and I do not think one of them raced with us last year.

In the interest of putting our best foot forward as an organization of dedicated Racers, I would like to invite any and all Teams to provide me with information about your program. I need a recent photo of the car/truck Owner/Drivers name, location, Crew Chief, Car year and make, engine combination, transmission, and anything else you think is relevant to your Team's profile. I will compile that info as it comes in and get it posted as soon as possible.

Last Season we did not have Membership Cards. I intend on having those made up long before the first race.

Also, I have requested in the past that you guys get in touch with me so I can get a good idea who is going to be running with us this year. I have been contacted by more new people than I have been by current members. I need updated contact information on you guys so I can keep you updated with events related to the Class. I know that many of you are interested in racing with us, well help me help you! Please e-mail your contact and team info to gilbert@aceracingtrans.com.

I don't need your dues until the Season begins, so don't worry about that right now. We can handle that as late as the first race.

Stan and I are working on putting the Banquet together. We'll make an announcement about that as we have the details. We'll give ya'll plenty of time to plan for it.

Also, I think its a good idea for our teams to have Hero Cards. Many times last year I was approached by kids or parents who requested a photo of a car, or were asked questions about the given car. If we can provide the fans with that information in the form of a Hero Card then I believe it will only contribute to the growth of our Class. What do you guys think, give me some feed back on this one.

I'm also going to have two Banners made for OTS so that one or to of us can hang them on a trailers. Don't be surprised if ask you to hang one on your trailer at a particular race. If you are parked up front... I'll probably be asking you to help get our name out there.

If you or anyone you know is capable and willing to build and maintain a dedicated OTS website I would be interested in talking to that person. More than one member has shown an interest in this and I am willing to explore the idea.

I've seen a lot of talk about rumors and a lot of interest in the OTS Series, well... I need to know who you are. It's time to step up and let our fans and the tracks know that we are going to bring some cool hot rods to good tracks and put on a heckuva show. Get me that information and I'll get it up.

If you guys would like to see something that we are not currently doing then send that idea to me and I'll make sure it's addressed. We want to hear anyone and everyone's ideas.

I have a few other things I'm working on that I'll bring up at the appropriate time. It's all about bringing interest and recogniton to who we are and hat we are doing.
