yes, as I said! As a general rule, a walkie talkie is only allowed to be sold for, and used for, speech ... 2 way communications, not 1 way broadcasting. There is no legal way for any old Joe Public to broadcast music without some kind of licence. However, if you stick a cordless headphone transmitter up on the roof, feeding it power and music through long leads... the range might be quite good. You'll only be broadcasting to yourself of couse, unless you want to buy receivers in bulk and give them away! Have you considered internet radio?!
