All the time...minus the cock in my case. :)

I find orgasm is more pleasurable and fulfilling when shared with my entire body (including the field around the body -- I know you are familiar with this one George from our hugs).

AND...while I can understand the peak sensation in one area might initially seem dull in comparison, the energy can be built and harnessed in such a way, and THEN unleased into the entire body and... well, then there are no words. For me, my perceptions of time and space often become altered at this point. (and there's more...)
