i heard you say i want to soften and stay toned. i found that keeping my workout helped me like myself. and sitting 30 minutes a day softened me, since your are shortening your workouts, you have more time right? With meditation, the softening you desire actually has an opportunity to happen. The proof is in the sitting. :) of course that means you actually would have to do it! not always my favorite thing, but wow wow wow the way it gives me my whole life...and gives me access to the greatest pleasures. i share this because i really relate to where you are! I am there too. Wanting to be right with softening and wanting that sense of right balance inside. Another mentor in this field described it responding to our heat cycles, when we have a rigid workout routine it gets in the way of our natural heat cycles.
