Abrakoot-

Your back pain is an accumulation of energy that is stuck inside your body. It is Kundalini energy that is trying to come out. Open your butt and let it out.

Things happen in life. You may get angry. The only thing you can control is your reponse to life's circumstances. You can't control the circumstances themselves. Use what happens in our courses as a reflection of your entire life. Use it as experimentation.
