Concerning the first sentence of my posting: I wanted to run screaming from the room during one of the exercises because it became so mentally/psychologically intense that I almost couldn't hang on to the end. It pushed me very close to my edge - - and that's a GOOD thing. I learned something about the limits of my ability to communicate and connect with men and women.

I AM experiencing one negative result from the class: I can't get "Amazing Grace" to stop playing in my head. Thanks a LOT Nicole! Thank God Merissa's (spelling?) favorite song was not "MacArthur Park!" :>)
