Well, good for Lorne and you. Too bad Lorne's daughter did not move into her own place. You know effective parenting <b>I believe</b> and have read stops after about 7 years of age. Their mind set is set. I went against all odds with my 30 years of age son who came to me at 26 and going on 13, is now at 30 is going on about 23. I so thank my and his God.

So great on the exercise. It is catch 22 kinda. It hurt when exercising but hurt more if you do no exercise... at least for me that is how it is. I take anti-inflammatory meds and pain meds. I have to strictly manage my pain meds. Take too much and the body gets used to them and they work less well and then one is tempted to take more and abuse sets in. I live with the pain that the strict management does not catch.
