Subject: Lowering the dosage on my meds.

Things for me have been going well. My marriage is strong and over the past 3 years...we have learned how to communicate and share more.

Dayel is healthy and happy and is a very confident and laid back girl. She is such a wonder. Of course, at 4 she is going on 20...ROFL...and has developed an attitude to rival a teenager...but we have learned to talk through things with her and teach her consequences...and she is still very well behaved.

I found a great doctor, one that actually listens and goes over things with me, gives me options and has such an open door...that if something does not work out, he is willing to work on it.

Working out and having a family vacation, has left me feeling very good about my life. Though I know, in the past I have tried to lower my meds, with very drastic results...this time, with the doctor I have and Lorne understanding the illness more, I think I have a chance.
