Hey, that is very good that you do not have a chemical imbalance based depression where as you can lower the dose with impunity. I have chemical imbalance along with experience type depression and anxiety. No matter how good I feel, I cannot get the chemical imbalance to right itself. I can only med treat the imbalance to alleviate it; not cure it. It is very good that you are lowering the meds with your doctor's approval and help.
