Maybe you are being way too hard on yourself. We can get addicted to the excitement of feeling guilty. It is easy to start putting quarters in the ole’ ass kicking machine. You have a full time job along with a full time medical condition of depression and anxiety. Maybe, your body-self knew it was time for a do nothing rest period. And, look you did do something. You went to your sister and mom’s house. I bet your God, whoever she or he is, did not think you wasted your time. Sleeping through most of your weekend was supposed to happen you know, else it would not have.
