I have shared with you in previous replies that my attorney was slow to take on my case and even feel good about the case but when he found out that many of his “brethrens” had sued the surgeon for the same reasons he became hot for the case. I sure hope that PHH fears being on record enough to settle out of court quickly. My case took around five years to settle. Money will not cure anything but it sure makes life more comfortable.

We sure do not always know about people. Maybe the doc is just very scared for his livelihood and reputation, which is paramount for his career. Fear can bring down the saintliest people.
