Subject: Hi all... I got a buzz & a half right now... so cool

I used to live about 15 min from the hospital I go to for hydration infusion. Now I live about 30 min from the hospital. That makes it infeasible to get home after morning infusion, get all prepped, bike loaded up, make it to the lake park, and beat traffic rush hour on the way home. However, I live a mile or so from “Metro Parkway” road which is kinda like an old ‘trunk’ road that does not have many cross streets. A bike trail runs along side of it all the way down to the Metro Park at Lake St. Clair. I figured it to be 25 mile or 26 mile round trip. It does not have the hills my park has but most of it is a slow upgrade and even a larger road overpass to ride over. It even goes under a freeway. I did it in an hour and forty minutes. I got such an endorphin buzz. I am so happy I don’t even have to give up getting my biking in with buying my new home and all. So cool!
