With medical malpractice lawsuits, only like one in hundreds are successful. I attained my lawyer in St. Louis, M. through AARP. My lawyer was just about crass in turning me away, until he saw just a little bit of the details... look what happened for me. You know, if you want the attention of a big business, which PHH is you gotta hit em in the pocket book... you good intent gesture… is all it is... will not get their true attention to motivate them to change squat. I think that maybe you are being wishy washy about whether really want to sue (guilt, etc.)… <big>stop it – go get em!</big>
