I admire and applaud you Hope. You know where to look for what it is you can change. We surely cannot change the world around us. I hope that there is a source for counseling if you choose to get some to look into the why, when, and how of your choice making in the past to know what and how to change. I certainly understand your suicidal tendency now. I am glad for you and us that you chose to talk about it with us. It is most important you not keep that bottled up in you. Then, you let us know that we are not alone. If you hang in there, and work on the things you need to change, choice making will get better. Not only that, even the stuff we cannot change will somehow be more doable. I pray and hope that healing starts quickly… hmm, from what I read in your post… maybe some healing has already started. Pain sucks for sure, but it can be a great motivator to change.
