That is some tough pain you are dealing with Dave. I quit fighting my chronic depression and anxiety. I just live with its ups and downs, even the worse downs, know that my meds do not put me into euphoria, just allows me to maintain: without them it would really suck. I have put good stuff into my life so I will get my little vacations from the hell. Although now it is more like passing from a good moment to a bad moment to a good moment... the good moments are getting a bit longer though. Anyway that how it works for me; can't say that how it will for you or anyone else.
