Subject: Something so simple...

I have been under so much stress lately. I bought my condo. I am a home owner now. I just hope I did not get suckered. My home is a fixer upper. I keep finding things to fix. I have not felt much excitement over this. I bought four rebuilt appliances. I used the clothes washer and dryer for the first time. Some how that simple act made my condo my home. That feels good. I went from living in a small 490 sq. ft. apartment to 1100 sq. ft. home. Now I got to walk far to get to places… so cool. Of course, I have got junk strewn all over the place. I can’t see the spaciousness for the junk. I am slowly putting it all away. My son is helping with the painting etc. Idiots painted over the wallpaper in the dining-L. What a job he had getting that down. Now we got to smooth out the rough spots now. I got into some very most serious pain one day from carry a bunch of boxes up the stairs and from getting into a screwy crouch position and putting a lot of strength on wrenches for plumping repair attempt. Right at this moment, I am feeling very peaceful. I am listening to a “Jewel” album. She is so cool. I’d kiss her toes anytime-<img src="http://www.richarddw.net/faces/s-smilelyface.gif" align="absmiddle">.

Sixty one years of age this December… a homeowner for the first time! Don’t have to wait on someone else for the use of the washer and dryer! So cool!

RICHARD
