Thank you for your well wishes, Richard. I do appreciate them. Mostly my life is fuller than is comfortable. I keep telling myself that some day it will be empty (retirment hopefully, empty nest etc) and that I must appreciate the fullness. I'm trying. Also, the challenge of learning to love myself more is always present. Life is too full and money is too scare and my energy levels need an infusion :)

Lately I have been stress eating and middle age is finding my waist line. I just feel swollen like beached whale. And since my life is too demanding to stay afloat, I have got to get in some kind of better physical shape. Today I vow to make better food choices and walk at lunchtime. Hopefully that will kickstart my week in the right direction.

Again, thank you for your thoughts. This place does get quiet sometimes. I kind of wish there were a few more of us but it's hard to find people that I trust like you all.
