Good Job Richard for keeping it together. Can I let you in on a little medical secret???? I've been in hospitals for 20 years now, and the times that are set up for patients for treatment benefit the employees........not the patients. Because she said that "it's tight today", is nothing for you to feel guilty about at all. It meant that SHE is tight today, and she wants you in on her schedule.

F that.....come in after your walk, and you are the patient. You are the customer......don't forget that.
