Subject: Having fun...

Last Wednesday, I much overdid my park workout. I got it in my head that I was 19 again. I went to infusion afterwards, and on last Friday; on Saturday I started feeling much better. Yester morning and this morning I only did my norm. I feel so much better in the day. My workouts are mood lifting if I only do what I normally do. I am going to try to increase what I do, but it has to be sooo slowly done. I have been up at my coffee house in the afternoon after working out. I am cleaning up my ostomy (medical) part of my web site. A fellow ostomate has put a link to my web site on her ostomy web site. She wants the pro and cons of the surgery procedure that damaged me. I finished one of the pages today. I did an ‘alert’ directing visitors to another page. I would like you to see it.
