Subject: After one on one..group therapy is the next logical step

I know, for me...one on one...is done..I need a group..so I can have different views and different avenues..so I can exlore what I am feeling. I am new to group...and it is hard...I find it hard to speak up..as I am used to one on one...but one of the men that spoke up...and then talked to me later...said..that it is ok to be scared...that group can be overwhelming...but I should stay focused...and stay put...and give it a couple of trys...

I found it very intimidating...wanted to cry at the stories...but at the same time...wanted to speak up and couldn't..but know..that my healing is up to me..so will keep trying...talked to a few in group...but I know..I will have to share...soon...

Know what you are feeling..loving you for trying..please let us all know what is happening...MUH
