I have always said that when you are ready for a relationship, it will come. Take this time of contentment and focus on what you want to do.

I don't like smotherly guys either. Mike has learned over the years that when I want to be left alone, I want to be left alone. Sometimes he leaves me alone too much though.

I find that when I am feeling stable and more talkative, I do meet new people. Mostly people at the hospital,and not in a dating sense...just learning about new people. When I don't feel well, I shut right up. So I feel that when you are ready, someone great will come along.

I hope your contentment lasts.
