Subject: Need To Talk ( A Little Graphic )

If your up to it , I need a little advice ladies . I guess you all know I suffer from prostrate cancer . I guess you also know what this can do to a man's sex life . I'm torn between two problems . Fact one . My companion says this does not affect her feelings toward me at all . But I also have trust issues with her . Trust issues are a problem even when things are " right " . So , you can only imagine how I feel in the position I am in . Fact two . I really am a caring guy . Forget about the trust issues for a minute . Is it in all honesty fair of me to ask her , or any future woman to give up that part of her life just for me ? We all know there are different ways for a man to bring a woman over the "top " . But , maybe it's just because I am a man the other ways still make me feel like the " top " is really not achieved other than intercourse . I know this is really a tough thing to deal with on the board . But we are all adults so I just thought I would test the waters . It is driving me insane . Maybe my trust issues are brought on by my feelings about myself . But there are other things that really push my trust issues about her . Too long to go on about it here . If you do decide to respond , please do not sugar coat anything just to please me . I hope I'm not way out of line with this post . It's just eating me up inside .
