All I know is that the more we try to figure out the brain the less we understand. A guy I work with just went through a terrible car accident which severly injured his brain. He is in a rehab center now and I get daily reports from his sisters that work with me also. He was a perfectly "normal" person who overnight has mental illness. He has dellusions, hallucinations, etc. They don't how much he will recover but he sure seems a long way off from resuming the life he once knew. I know that seems kind of off the point but I've been thinking a lot about that lately in terms of how fragile our brains are. Anything out of whack produces "craziness". This poor kid (40 year old) now is in a room with bars (for his own protection) and he feels like he's in trouble. All this because some drunk kid hit him head on at 60 mph.

Richard whatever the reasons are try to keep in mind that those feelings are temporary and that hold on to all that is good and solid in your life.

We love ya, pal.

Hope
