Subject: Depressed

I seem to have taken a dive since last weekend. I don't have time to go into it but I needed to get it out to people that understand. I just want to escape, run away from my life. I feel trapped by things I can't change and I'm to the point I don't think *I* can change any more. I will try to elaborate more but right now I'm late for work. Hugs, Hope
