There was a mental health advisory...with 24/7 support, had a number...so I called and got voice messaging...then, tried another, as I had questions about suicide, Lynn's, my friend Marn's brother...the statistics for male suicide are so much higher...anyway..they had a toll free number and I called it and got put on hold...and listened to music!? I thought it was very very strange...

Anyway...with summer coming, I am doing much better...winter and spring are usually quite difficult.

The exercise is helping as well...but I won't be lowering my meds again, like I have done in the past...I know that just leads to a downward spiral.
