Richard.....you know me, and I have to say it again. Is having to go to 3 infusions per week because of all the exercise you are doing?? I worry about that you know. I know how much you enjoy the park......perhaps just the bike ride, or just the walk by itself will do the trick for you? I have a feeling you are dehydrating yourself by doing too much. Ok, I'll shut up now about it. You're a big boy now and know your limits. Just know that I care about your health and well being.

I'm glad you are feeling better. I am exhaused with having our guests from Austrailia here. We are having a wonderful time together, but so much activity in the house is wiping me out at times. I'm not sleeping so well.....even with the meds. Lyndsey is a great girl, and gets along with Sarah well. I like her mom Debbie, she and I are so much alike it is scary. The time is going back too fast, Debbie leaves for home on the 9th, and Lyndsey stays until Aug 30th. But we are all having fun. We are going to the casino in Sarnia for the day today. I've never been to a casino so it should be fun. I'm a little leery of going to Canada with foreiners in my car. customs is going to have a field day with us. But it's worth it if it makes Debbie happy.
