Sounds like you've been operating on overload. So much going on.

I really hope you can put your ex-therapist behind you now and move on. I know it's not easy finding one you really connect with sometimes but the relationship with the old one really seems to be toxic and not helping you at all at this point. Don't let the breakup of that relationship drive you over the edge. He really isn't worth it.
