Penalty free kicks actually now occur 20m infield oppsoite touch, not 10m anymore. Secondly, every referee is able to judge 10m as we do it for most of the game so judging 10m in from touch for a changeover shouldn't be an issue. Furthermore, it is the home club's responsibility to set up to field for mod fixtures and not the referee so we shouldn't have any concern for the 10m marking the field at all.
