Subject: A GUTSY DECISION

Congratulations to Paul Simpkins on his performance this evening in the Tigers v Knights match.

That penanlty with 10 seconds left on the clock in my opinion showed a lot of guts. Sure it was the correct call 100% but there are plenty of other ARL refs who I think would have ignored it and let the game be settled in golden point.

Simpkins just maintained his #1 ranking in my eyes with that call. Gutsy call from a damn fine ref in my opinion.

Give him the grand final I say.
