How did Checchin get a semi final line when he put his flag up in the parra broncos game when the goal missed by atleast a metre...

Does Robert Finch appoint Semis to the ones who are doing the job, or the ones who have done the job before..even if they make mistakes..such as Mr Checchin

Surely someone like David Abood or Allen Foster should of been looked at????
