Subject: Training Program

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of where I could find a training program for referees? I'm looking for one that includes everything from what running/cardio exercises to do and how many/often, weights excersise, and specific skills training also.

I'm getting bored of the same running everyday and want to mix it up a bit with something specific to what I need.

I've found a weights program on the NSWRLRA website and an eating plan. But any other weights programs would be appreciated also.
