Subject: Corinth Reg. is open

General Moore wishes to inform you that registration for the Battle of Corinth, to be held September 30 - October 2, 2005 is now OPEN!

Please advise your men of the following procedure:

1. Go to the NSA site (nsalliance.org) and click on "Corinth 2005" to the left of the crossed flags in the middle of the page. OR, go directly to the Corinth 2005 site at: http://www.nsalliance.org/corinth/

2. On the menu bar below the picture, click on "Rules / Regulations." This will take you to a page that says on the upper left: Event Rules & Regulations.

3. Each person must read and agree to the Event Rules & Regulations before they can download an entry form. Read the Rules & Regulations all the way to the bottom of the page and then click:

I agree to the above regulations. Goto Registration Forms.

4. On the Registration Forms page, there are separate forms for Infantry, Cavalry, Artillery and Civilian. They are in three formats so anyone should be able to download or print the forms. The formats are: PDF (PDF), Microsoft Word (WORD), Rich Text Format (TEXT). Download the appropriate registration form in the desired format.

4. COMPLETELY fill out the form, providing all requested information. Any forms not filled out completely will be returned to applicant. Attach check or money order made out to: 1864 Tennessee Campaign, Inc.

There will be a $25 fee charged for returned checks.

5. Submit competed form with payment to Company Commander. Do NOT send the forms in to Division or the Registration Coordinator.

6. Company captains verify that the forms are completed correctly and collect the money and then submit all completed forms in a batch to Battalion. Battalion double checks that they are filled out correctly and that the money is correct.

7. Battalion commanders submit their units (by company) to Brigade.

8. Brigade commanders submit Brigade units (by company) to the Registration Coordinator:
