Subject: It's hard to lose weight and keep it off

7 years ago I lost 25 pounds and it's still an effort to keep those pounds off. I know 25 pounds doesn't seem like that much, but I am small framed and only 5'2. A 25 pound loss made a huge difference in my health and the way I looked. I could still stand to lose a few more, but I've decided my weight is at a realistic place for my age and I just try to keep it here. I fluctuate between a size 8 and a size 10. Most of the time I'm a size 10(I say this while I am sitting here eating a Krispy Kreme donut...lol.)

My husband has been doing the Nutrisystem diet and has been successful. He's lost 30 pounds. I tried it with him in the beginning, but there are a lot of carbs in the diet and I lose weight better when I lower my carb intake.

I have a question, probably a dumb one...lol...but your doctor wanted you to gain 7 pounds because you lost muscle. How do you know gaining the 7 pounds will mean more muscle mass?

I agree
