the muscle mass question except one day I went in and he had a fit when he saw me. I'm 5'7" and I was at 138. He told me I had to be into losing muscle because I had about 15 lbs of skin and cellulite that wasn't going anywhere w/o surgery, making my weight about 125 and he said that I had to be losing muscle by that point. I did look haggard(tho probably not about the weight loss, LOL!). I was wearing a 6 or 8 then and now I wear a 8 or 10, dependiing on who makes it and the cut. I can still wear some 6 pants but they're snug in the waist. I quit taking Lipitor on my own because of the low fat diet and had my blood tested one day and the nurse called me and asked me what in the world I was eating and I told her I still ate very low fat. My cholestrol was over 400. So my problem is inherited, not what I eat. I made up my own diet, sort of a combination of The Zone and using weight=watchers frozen meals at lunch. I could live on carbs but they must have been a large part of my problem so I try to stay away from them. Krispy Creme! Maked my mouth water to think about one!! I had a Hardee's biscuit this morning, 1st one I've had in years, but I was starving and boy, was it good!
