 We don't see it as only sales. We try to help people save money and get out of debt, and therefore we consider it a service. Employees of Best Buy and Circuity City, who are supposed to sell things, are considered Customer Service Representatives. Why not us?

We try to keep company expenses down so we can pay our employees more. We advertise by word of mouth, hence the reason we ask people to tell their friends and family about us. We don't use fancy offices and whatnot, because that saves money as well. We therefore are paid more than people at other companies are paid, and the company offers us many rewards for our efforts--including all-expense paid trips to places like Hawaii. I'd rather go to Hawaii than have a nice office to meet in.
